United Rugby Championship: Round 23 Predictions

We have a full lineup of fixtures this weekend as the opportunities to qualify for the playoffs start to run out.

Here are my United Rugby Championship predictions for this weekend.

Stormers v Glasgow

The Stormers have been difficult to beat at home, whilst Glasgow have been fairly poor away, so I’m going for a home win. Stormers by 9

Ulster v Munster

Munster have gone off the boil a little, and given Ulster’s record at home this season, I’m backing them for another win. Ulster by 6

Edinburgh v Zebre

This is an easy one as the Zebre continue to make up the numbers. Edinburgh by 28

Bulls v Benetton

Another straightforward pick, with the Bulls looking to keep pace with the Sharks and Stormers. Bulls by 23

Dragons v Scarlets

How did the Dragons win the reverse fixture last weekend? Surely that can’t happen twice. Scarlets by 9

Lions v Connacht

Home advantage is crucial here, and I think it will be more comfortable than some people are expecting. Lions by 8

Sharks v Leinster

It’s slightly disappointing that Leinster aren’t at full-strength for their tour, but it’s understandable. The Sharks should take advantage here. Sharks by 6

Cardiff v Ospreys

Not too sure on this one to be honest, and we probably won’t see either team in the playoffs, but backing the home side is probably sensible. Cardiff by 4
