Superbru 6: Sharks welcome back Springboks, Quins host Bath
The URC and Premiership Rugby tables are starting to shape, although the Stormers and Sharks will be alarmed to find themselves in the bottom 3 of the URC.
Here are my Superbru 6 predictions for the 6 matches I have picked out this weekend.
The Bulls are three from three so far this season, and enjoyed some success in Wales last week as they beat the Ospreys. The Scarlets represent a step up in terms of quality, however, and it might not be as straightforward as some people think. I’m backing the Bulls though, and this is the sort of game they need to win to be title contenders again. Prediction: Bulls by 4
The reigning champions have had a strong start to the season, with three consecutive wins following a 1-point opening day defeat at Ulster. This is potentially a tough trip, but it depends which Sharks team turns up - now that we know the Sharks have picked a team full of Springboks I think it makes sense to go with a home win. Prediction: Sharks by 2
The Sharks lineup to face Glasgow Warriors
Stormers v Munster - United Rugby Championship
This is a repeat of the final of URC 2, which ended with Munster lifting the trophy, and a look at the head-to-head record shows that the Stormers have never beaten Munster. But given the Irish side have lost away to Zebre this season, I’m backing a home win here. Prediction: Stormers by 7
Harlequins v Bath - Gallagher Premiership
Quins tripped me up last weekend by beating Saracens, and now they face another tough test as they welcome Bath to the Stoop. Their record against Bath is much stronger than it was against Sarries, and with last week’s boost the confidence, I’m going for another home win. Prediction: Harlequins by 2
Dragons v Benetton - United Rugby Championship
Realistically, the Dragons will not feature in the Superbru 6 very often, but I hesitated over this game because it’s a tough pick to make and therefore worthy of inclusion. The hosts have had two close defeats at home in the last two weeks, and maybe this is the chance to turn around their season? Prediction: Dragons by 2
I’ve chosen this fixture because the last 3 meetings have all seen away wins, and 5 of the last 7 in fact. It should also be entertaining, given the scoreline of some of Gloucester’s matches so far, but Leicester’s win over Northampton last week is making me lean towards a home victory for this one. Prediction: Leicester by 8
How do you see the weekend’s matches unfolding? Which picks do you disagree with here?

This is why I have asked still no challenge cup fantasy.
Wil be nice if they can run a fantasy with the Challege cup also.
