Premier League Predictor: Round 3 Match Previews

The summer transfer window is behind us so focus is finally all on the pitch.

Round 3 of the Premier League begins tonight (Friday) when Ipswich Town host Liverpool. The round finishes on Sunday afternoon with a headline London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea.

Ipswich Town vs. Liverpool

After a win on the opening day, Ipswich were beaten 5-2 away at Manchester United last week. Clearly, the defensive issues they faced in that clash, primarily caused by Bruno Fernandes, will be a concern ahead of a match against another fearsome attack here, but Gary O'Neil will be pleased that his team showed some offensive quality of their own at Old Trafford. Leif Davis took his opening goal very well and Julio Enciso continues to impress, so the Tractor Boys will fancy their chances of finding the net against an open Liverpool defence.…
