Gallagher PREM Fantasy Returns: Build Your Dream XV on Superbru

Gallagher PREM fans can once again put their rugby knowledge to the test as PREM Fantasy returns for the 2025/26 season, powered by Superbru. The game offers supporters the chance to step into the shoes of a Director of Rugby, selecting a squad of stars and competing against friends, colleagues and fellow fans to prove who knows rugby the best.

With a £100m budget, fantasy managers must assemble a 23-man squad, choose a starting XV each week and make savvy transfers to stay ahead of the competition. Points are awarded based on real match performances - from tries and assists to tackles and kicks - meaning every pass, carry and turnover in the match could swing your fantasy fortunes.

New features for 2025/26

This season brings two major new additions designed to make the game even more tactical and exciting.

Dynamic Player Pricing: Player values will now fluctuate throughout the season, reflecting both on-field performances and the transfer market. Emerging stars who hit form will quickly become more expensive, while out-of-favour or injured players could drop in value, creating new opportunities for shrewd managers to buy low and sell high.

Wildcard Rounds: After each international break - in Rounds 6 and 11 - fantasy coaches will have the chance to completely reshape their squads with unlimited transfers. These windows will be crucial moments in the season, allowing managers to refresh their teams, adapt to player form, or recover from early-season gambles that didn’t pay off.

The big names and price rises

Some of the league’s most exciting players have already seen their values soar ahead of kick-off. Notable talents like Henry Pollock, Santiago Carreras, Tom Willis and Kalaveti Ravouvou have all had significant price increases after standout performances last season.

There’s also the return of global stars to the PREM. Owen Farrell is back as an £8m fly-half, instantly becoming one of the most influential fantasy picks. Louis Rees-Zammit is also back among the most expensive outside backs, with his try-scoring flair making him a must-watch player for fantasy managers.

Up front, Maro Itoje, fresh from captaining the British & Irish Lions, is the highest-priced lock in the game. He’s joined by fellow tourists Luke Cowan-Dickie, Ellis Genge, Ben Earl and Tom Curry, all of whom come at a premium price and will test the limits of your £100m squad budget.

Get started

Whether you’re a fantasy veteran or a first-time player, PREM Fantasy offers something for everyone. The rules are simple, but the strategies are endless - balancing superstars with hidden gems, managing your transfers wisely and spotting the form players before everyone else will be the keys to success.

You can create or join private pools with friends, compete in national and global leaderboards and follow the action across every round of the league.

the wildcard round is a great idea, welldone.
The pricing, will that be every weekend or what?
or will it be at the same time as the wildcard rounds?
if you sell a player for less then you bought them, your budget will drop, but other way around your budget will increase?

Thanks Corne, glad you like the changes. Price changes will occur after each deadline yes, with some players moving up or down in price based upon their popularity in-game. So yes, your budget can change. If you buy a player for £8m and they go up to £8.2m after a few weeks, you can sell them for £8.2m. 3 Sep 14:09
