Club World Cup: Final Preview

The inaugural edition of this expanded Club World Cup has split opinion, provided a lot of prize money and been very, very hot throughout, and we're left with a final between UEFA Europa Conference League winners Chelsea and UEFA Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain.

The teams will battle it out at MetLife Stadium in the warm temperatures of over 30c that they have become accustomed to, with PSG looking to cap what has largely been a perfect season. As well as the trophy and the right to have a world champions badge on their kits for the next 4 years, Chelsea and PSG are competing for one final large chunk of prize money too, with this game worth an extra $40 million to the winner to add to the ~$80m they've already each earned.

Brightsea or Chelton more like. Sanchez, Cucarella, Caicedo & now Pedro. A big THANK YOU to Brighton - we'll overlook 'The Potter Management Aberation'. Seeing as I'm a Chelsea fan (ironically based in Brighton - no I'm not a Blues scout) , coupled with doing worse than a man with a Jelly Hammer trying to nail phlegm to a wall made of ectoplasm, I shall be backing CHELSEA to win! Possibly after penaltes & 3 red cards for PSG. Up the Blues! The Pommy ones not the Froggy ones.
