Who can enter

Prize eligibility is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, except:

• employees of Premier Rugby Limited (“Premiership Rugby”), their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with Premiership Rugby are not eligible to win any prize; and
• players and staff of any Premiership Rugby club are not eligible to win any prize.

Prizes

There are up to twenty (20) prizes to be won by playing the Superbru Premiership Rugby Fantasy Game.

The winner of each Game Week (a “Game Week Winner”) will win two (2) tickets to a Gallagher Premiership Rugby match of their choice during the 2023-24 season.

• The applicable ticket terms and conditions and venue regulations shall apply to each Game Week Winner’s use of the tickets.
• The Game Week Winner may choose to receive (2) tickets to the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final 2024, held on Saturday, 8 June 2024. If the Game Week Winner chooses tickets for that match, then the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final Ticket Terms and Conditions (available here) shall apply to the Game Week Winner’s use of the tickets.
• The seat allocations of the tickets shall be at the sole discretion of Premiership Rugby.
• No costs or expenses, including any travel costs, shall be reimbursed or included.

The overall season winner

The overall season winner (the “Overall Winner”) will win a VIP Experience Package for the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final 2024, including access for the Overall Winner plus one (1) guest to an Executive Box.

• The Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final Ticket Terms and Conditions (available here) shall apply to the Overall Winner’s use of the tickets.
• Refreshments will be included.
• No costs or expenses, including any travel costs, shall be reimbursed or included.

The overall season runner-up

The overall season runner-up (the “Overall Runner-Up”) will win a signed shirt from their favourite Premiership Rugby club, plus four (4) tickets to the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final 2024.

• The Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final Ticket Terms and Conditions (available here) shall apply to the Overall Runner-Up’s use of the tickets.
• The seat allocations of the tickets shall be at the sole discretion of Premiership Rugby.
• No costs or expenses, including any travel costs, shall be reimbursed or included.

Sale or exchange of any prize is strictly prohibited.

A prize cannot be exchanged for its equivalent cash value or any alternative prize.

Winner selection and contact

The winners will be selected in accordance with the Superbru Prizes General Terms and Conditions, including any relevant tiebreakers as may be necessary.

• Each Game Week Winner shall be contacted no later than seven (7) days following the final whistle of the last match in that Game Week.
• Each Game Week Winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted in order to claim their prize. If the Game Week Winner does not respond within that time period, then they may forfeit their prize. Premiership Rugby reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with the Superbru Prizes General Terms and Conditions, including any relevant tiebreakers as may be necessary.
• The Overall Winner and the Overall Runner-Up shall be contacted no later than seven (7) days following the final whistle of the last match in the final regular Game Week of the season (end of Round 18).
• The Overall Winner and the Overall Runner-Up must respond within fourteen (14) days of being contacted in order to claim their prize. If the Overall Winner or the Overall Runner-Up does not respond within that time period, then they may forfeit their prize. Premiership Rugby reserves the right to award prizes to alternative winners in accordance with the Superbru Prizes General Terms and Conditions, including any relevant tiebreakers as may be necessary.
• Premiership Rugby will deliver the signed Premiership Rugby club shirt to the Overall Runner-Up no later than [30.06.2024].

Premier Rugby Limited is not the promoter.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
