£50 Incentive Programme for United Kingdom Pool Captains - Premier League Predictor

1. These terms and conditions ('Terms') apply to the Premier League Predictor Incentive Programme for United Kingdom (the 'Programme') that is promoted on www.superbru.com, associated platforms and by email.
2. The Programme is not open to any person that is: an employee of SportEngage Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected to the Programme, including, but not limited to, any other company involved in the Programme.
3. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
4. SportEngage Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Programme.
5. By entering into this Programme entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. You must fulfil the 'Pool Captain Qualification' criteria listed in Section 4
2. You must create a pool between 10:00 BST on Thursday 13 June 2019 and the start of Round 3 at 12:30 BST on Saturday 24 August 2019 (the 'Qualifying Window') in Superbru's Premier League Predictor game (becoming a 'Qualifying Pool Captain')
3. When creating the pool, you must tick the box to enter the pool into the Programme
4. Pool Captains who fulfil the Qualifying Pool Captain criteria in Section 4 may also apply to join the Programme if they have created their pool outside the Qualifying Window, at SportEngage Ltd's discretion, by writing to james (at) superbru.com
5. You may enter up to three pools into the Programme (but as each user will only count in one pool you will need 30 Qualifying Players across your three pools to make all three pools count)
6. Application alone does not guarantee qualification: please read on to learn the additional qualifying criteria and rules.

Once you have applied to join the Programme, you must ensure that your pool meets the qualification criteria:

1. 10 or more UK-based, over-18 users who have never played Superbru before with any account ('Qualifying Players') must join your pool by 12:30 BST on Saturday 24 August 2019
2. Therefore in total there must be a minimum of 11 players in your pool (you plus 10 Qualifying Players)
3. You must make predictions for 340 matches in the Premier League. Default picks do not count
4. At least 10 of your Qualifying Players users must make predictions in the game throughout the Premier League and must fulfil the other 'Qualifying Pool Player' criteria listed in Section 5
5. Each new user will only count in one pool (the first pool they join in Superbru apart from team fan pools and autopools)
6. You may enter up to three pools into the Programme (but as each user will only count in one pool you will need 30 Qualifying Players across your three pools to make all three pools count)

Because only the first 500 pools that meet the qualification criteria will be entered into the Programme, you may not qualify even if you have met all the other criteria.

Qualification Events

Pool Qualification will be assessed at two points:

1. Pre-kick-off qualification: the first 500 pools created by Qualifying Pool Captains during the Qualifying Window, with 10 or more Qualifying Players present by 12:30 BST on Saturday 24 August 2019, will be considered for qualification. If more than 500 pools are created, the first 500 will be chosen on the basis of pool creation timestamp as recorded in Superbru's database, with the earliest 500 pools qualifying. Captains of all pools which have entered the Programme will be notified by email to inform them whether or not their pools have passed Pre-kick-off Qualification

2. Post-final qualification: between 9 August 2019 and 17 May 2020 the additional qualification criteria such as number of predictions made (see Section 4 and Section 5) must be met and maintained for the pool to be eligible for payment of the incentive.

Remember that you and your players must fulfil the criteria in Sections 4 and 5 below.

You are welcome to have non-qualifying players in your pool (e.g. people who have played Superbru over the last few years) as long as you have a minimum of 10 Qualifying Players who are new to Superbru in amongst them.

To become a Qualifying Pool Captain, you must:

1. Be a resident of the United Kingdom
2. Be over 18 years old
3. Have a valid UK bank account
4. Predict at least 340 out of the 380 matches in the Premier League Predictor. Default picks do not count
5. Create a maximum of 3 pools per captain
6. Only play Superbru with one account. Any Pool Captains playing with multiple accounts will be disqualified
7. Abide by the Terms of Use of Superbru

To become Qualifying Players in your pool, the users you invite must:

1. Create a Superbru account on or after June 13 2019
2. Be residents of the United Kingdom and create their Superbru accounts from a UK-based IP address as determined by Superbru's GeoIP database
3. Be over 18 years old
4. Not have played Superbru before with a different account. They must also must not create multiple accounts
5. Join the pool by 12:30 BST on Saturday 24 August 2019 (the start of Round 3)
6. Be a member of the pool continuously until at least 23:00 BST on 17 May 2020 (the last day of the Premier League season)
7. Predict at least 230 of the 380 matches in the Premier League Predictor game. Default picks do not count
8. Abide by the Terms of Use of Superbru

Each Qualifying Player meeting the criteria above can only count for a single pool. Your pool must be the first pool they have ever joined on Superbru (apart from team fan pools and autopools to which they may be added when they create their account). If a Qualifying Player joins two or more qualifying pools, their entry will only count in the first pool joined.

Qualifying Players may be subject to verification by SportEngage Ltd.

1. The £50 incentive will be paid at the end of the Premier League to Qualifying Pool Captains whose Qualifying Pools and Qualifying Players have met all the criteria above and who were selected in the group of 500 pools in the Programme
2. Qualifying Pool Captains will be notified after the Premier League Predictor game has been officially closed on Superbru, following an audit of picks and results and the closure of any user support queries. Notifications will be sent by 23:00 BST on May 18 2019
3. Qualifying Pool Captains will be notified by email. SportEngage Ltd will have an auditable record of emails sent including the response from the remote mail server, but cannot guarantee the delivery of email as this is not within its power
4. In order to receive payment, Qualifying Pool Captains must respond and submit their bank details including account number, sort code and account name within 7 calendar days of SportEngage Ltd sending the email notification
5. SportEngage Ltd will only pay the incentive into a bank account in the name of the Qualifying Pool Captains: no payments will be made into third party bank accounts
6. The privacy of Qualifying Pool Captains' bank details and any other personal data submitted as part of the process will be governed by a Privacy Policy on the bank details submission page on the Superbru website
7. The incentive will only be paid by bank transfer to a UK-based bank
8. Payments will not be made by cash, cheque or any payment mechanism other than bank transfer

1. Creating a pool and inviting new users to play does not obligate Qualifying Pool Captains to take part in the Programme; Captains who do not wish to take part may simply ignore the incentive qualification notifications sent at the end of the tournament
2. SportEngage Ltd may validate users via email, mobile number, IP address and any other means it judges necessary within the bounds of its Account Holder Privacy Policy, and any entries SportEngage Ltd judges to be fraudulent to the best of its knowledge will be disqualified
3. SportEngage Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the Programme or the rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside SportEngage Ltd's reasonable control
4. Captains may not harvest users from the existing Superbru community
5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of SportEngage Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
6. SportEngage Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules or breached the Terms of Use of Superbru
7. SportEngage Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Programme or as a result of accepting any prize
8. SportEngage Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Programme
