Are you sure you're using the right email address and password? Often people enter the wrong email address (most of us use more than one in our daily lives) or get their password wrong.
To reset your password, use the
forgotten password feature.
If your email address has changed, it
will still work on SuperBru. To change it, go to 'Edit profile' on your player card.
Please don't ask us to update this in our database as you can do it yourself. Just click
Edit Profile on your player card and you can update any of your details. Note that even if you no longer have access to an email address, it
will still work on SuperBru.
This is because Bonus Points are pool-specific. The Bonus Point for a game goes to the player with the closest margin prediction. In one pool you might have been closest, but in another pool someone else may have been. The global leaderboard ignores Bonus Points.
This is because Bonus Points are excluded from the global leaderboard. They are relevant to your pool(s) only. Why? The Bonus Point for a game goes to the player with the closest margin prediction. In one pool you might have been closest, but in another pool someone else may have been. The global leaderboard ignores Bonus Points.
Don't know which email address you use for SuperBru? Just go to
forgotten details and look for the option to search by name. If we find someone matching you we'll send an email to the relevant email address.
The photo upload tool works for the vast majority of players, but occasionally people have trouble using it (generally due to speed of internet connection). If so, please email your photo to us at admin@superbru.com, quoting your full name, email address and user name. It will take us a few days to process your photo, but we will get it done.
Your picks should have moved with you, but the leaderboard only updates periodically. Check back in a few hours or the next day and you should find you have your points.
Please note that there is a limit of a few defaults for the season per player (generally we peg it at around 5% of the games on offer). Someone who is not playing will very quickly fall down the leaderboard once their defaults are used up. The positive of defaults is that they keep people who miss one or two picks here and there in the game. Also note that defaults do not qualify for Margin, Bonus or Grand Slam Points - only Win Points.
