Super Rugby Round Ten Predictions!
Last week was disappointing, with 3 out of 6 correct picks, and whilst I predicted one of the 50/50 matches - the Chiefs beating the Blues (58%), I missed the other one as the Brumbies beat the Lions (53%).
Only 12% had the Stormers beating the Reds, and 5% predicted the Jaguares to overcome the Sharks - how can the Sharks thrash the Lions in Joburg, and then ship 50 points at home the following week?
Congratulations to Lindsay Patterson from Australia who had 5/6 last week to take the Yellow Cap in my 'Challenge Hutch' pool and move up 304 places last weekend!
On to Round 10, and here are my Super Rugby predictions.
Easy so far...

Chiefs v Lions
The Chiefs will be rocked by the news that Damian McKenzie is out for 9 months, but still, if the Brumbies can beat the Lions, so can the Chiefs in Hamilton - particularly with Malcolm Marx benched this week. Chiefs by 18Sunwolves v Hurricanes
The Hurricanes are resting a few players this weekend, including Beauden Barrett and Ardie Savea, but they'll still have enough to dispatch the Sunwolves. Hurricanes by 23Sharks v Reds
It's those unpredictable Sharks, reeling from that unexpected defeat last weekend, but they'll still beat the Reds in what I expect to be a straightforward home win. Sharks by 13Easy so far...
Highlanders v Blues
This is a tricky one, with the Highlanders at home but without a win since February, up against a Blues side that has been playing well and in the hunt for the playoffs. Leaning towards a home win though. Highlanders by 4Waratahs v Rebels
The Tahs will be trying to get over the Israel Folau saga, and after their best player was sacked, they look like a different team. But, they have a great record of wins over the Rebels, and a home win feels like a sensible pick. Waratahs by 6Stormers v Brumbies
The Stormers finally picked up a win on tour, in their final match against the Rebels last week, which should give them confidence as they return to Newlands. I still don't really rate the Brumbies despite their win over the Lions last week, and so I'm backing the Stormers here. Stormers by 9Which ones do you disagree with this week?
