The winner of every qualifying pool in the game will receive a voucher to play in the EuroMillions Lottery at www.playeuromillions.com.
A voucher is valued at £3.60 but with the right luck could translate into up to €183m (that's an insane R2.2 billion!) if you win the lottery. And you can win from anywhere in the world: you do not need to live in Europe to be able to win the lottery.

How you will qualify for a pool prize
For you as an individual player to qualify for a pool prize, you'll have to be playing in a pool that qualifies (see below). And you'll have to have joined that pool by the cut-off date for this tournament, which is Fri 15 Aug 2008 at 00:00 (South African time). This rule is to prevent players hopping between pools near the end of the tournament just to try to win a prize. To use your voucher on the PlayEuroMillions site, you'll need to be over 18. If you are under 18, PlayEuroMillions is happy for you to transfer the voucher to an adult family member.
How your pool will qualify for a prize
Your pool (whether private or public) must have been set up by the cut-off date for this tournament, which is Fri 15 Aug 2008 at 00:00 (South African time). This rule is to prevent players creating new pools near the end of the tournament just to win prizes. Your pool must also contain at least 5 qualifying players.
Terms and conditions: pool prizes
- The top qualifying player in each qualifying pool at the end of the tournament will win a voucher to enter the EuroMillions Lottery with www.playeuromillions.com.
- For a pool to qualify for a prize, it must have been created by Fri 15 Aug 2008 at 00:00 and have at least 5 qualifying players present at the end of the tournament.
- For a player to qualify for a prize, he or she must have joined the pool in question by Fri 15 Aug 2008 at 00:00.
- For a winner to use a prize voucher on the PlayEuroMillions website, he or she must be over 18. PlayEuroMillions will permit under-18s to transfer their prize to an adult family member.
- If the top-placed player in a pool does not qualify, the prize will go to the qualifying player with the highest points total, regardless of his or her position on the pool leaderboard.
- The points total taken into account for the prize will be Win Points + Margin Points + Bonus Points + Grand Slam Points.
- Only one player will qualify for the prize per pool, even in the event of a points tie (see tie-breaking mechanism below).
- The prizes are non-transferable, except in the case of under-18s winning them, in which case they may be transferred to adult family members.
- Winning players will officially be notified by email.
- Any winning player that cannot be contacted by email as a result of having submitted an invalid email address to the game on registration will be disqualified from the prize and the prize will go to the next best player.
- Prizes do not have a cash alternative. Nevado Ltd and PlayUKInternet Ltd reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
- Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Nevado Ltd and PlayUKInternet Ltd reserve the right to use the names of winners and their photographs in any publicity.
- Employees of Nevado Ltd or PlayUKInternet Ltd or any such person's subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to win prizes. If such a person qualifies for a prize he or she will forfeit it to the next best player.
- The decision of Nevado Ltd in respect of qualification for prizes is final.
- These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Tie-breaking for prizes
We may have a situation where two or more players qualify for prizes based on points totals. Here's how we'll break ties in this eventuality.
The starting point will be the players with the highest Win Point + Margin Point + Bonus Point + Grand Slam Point total. In the event of ties:
- The player with the higher Win Point total will qualify
- If there are still ties, the player with the higher Margin Point total will qualify
- If there are still ties, the player with the lower Total Distance from Margin* (TDM) will qualify
- If there are still ties, a coin flip will decide the winner
